Although you must know how pleased we are, we just wanted to thank you again for our beautiful home.  We appreciate your time and patience in helping us through our first home building experience.  We learned so much, next time will certainly be easier!

We feel especially fortunate to have had Charter Group as our builder, especially when we hear the stories other people tell about their experience with having a home built.  When we relate our story, people always tell us it sounds too good to be true.

Everyone we dealt with during the building process from realtors to retail salespeople to the contractors at the site all had nothing but praise for Charter Group.  You certainly live up to your reputation.

Our building process with Charter Development was a great experience from start to finish.  Charter was open to any changes we wanted to make to our home during the construction process and made the changes willingly and our home was ready to move into exactly on time. 

Charter builds with superior quality materials from foundation up.  After we moved into our home, the builder was always available at a moment’s notice for any questions or concerns and solved our minimal problems quickly.

Let me start of by saying that I have built several homes in my life and up until the time when I worked with Charter Group, I swore each time that I would never do it again.  But after working with Charter Group, specifically Steve Rodgers (and Dennis), I would definitely do it again, as long as it was with them.

What made the experience easy and actually fun was that Steve along with Dennis, made the process flexible without those “change fees.”  They are extremely accommodating when it is time to meet and make decisions, Saturday, later in the day, whatever it takes, they want to make the client feel content.

My wife and I made many modifications to the floor plan that we started out with and at every change they were supportive and even got involved in the process.  We dropped the family room floor, completely reconfigured the Master Bathroom and they were nothing but supportive the entire process.

Additionally the crews and vendors that are used by Charter Group are nothing but professional and friendly.  They did a great job and were very timely. What makes them above many is that they are as much post the build as they are pre and during.  They are about a relationship.

I know that this may sound like an advertisement for Charter Group, but I will tell you this… up to this day, four years after we completed the house, my wife and I still speak to Steve and he has been over to the house on several occasions just because…!
